Features of the lifting platform:

• The main frame is welded by channel steel, square tube and middle plate, and the base is a channel steel welded frame. The lifting platform has sufficient strength.

• The platform consists of a table top and a guardrail. The table top is made of 2mm thick patterned plate, and the surface is treated with anti-corrosion; the guardrail is welded by 30×30×2 mm square tube, and the height of the guardrail is 1100mm. In order to facilitate the operator to get on and off the workbench, the guardrail can be set with double or single entrances and exits according to needs, which greatly enhances the safety of workers during operation.

• The vertical lifting device consists of a lifting explosion-proof motor, a reducer, a synchronous belt, a synchronous pulley, a transmission shaft, a bearing seat, etc. The motor drives the synchronous pulley through the transmission shaft through the reducer, so that the synchronous belt drives the lifting platform to move up and down. The upper and lower synchronous pulleys form a closed-loop chain. The synchronous belt is relatively accurate during the transmission process, and it will not slip, because the synchronous belt itself is driven by meshing. The motor is an explosion-proof motor with an explosion-proof grade of EXDIIBT4 and a power of 2.2KW.

• The drive structure is externally mounted in the spray booth, fully meeting the dust-proof requirements.

• The electric cabinet adopts an explosion-proof electric cabinet.
